Meet our expert Anne Mountjoy
Introducing Anne Mountjoy, founder of Connect PM. With ten years of experience as an engineer, Anne brings a diverse skill set and expertise in all aspects of project management.
Anne has a strong background in planning, design, construction, and maintenance engineering. She has successfully led multiple projects for public authorities and in the private sector, guiding them through all stages from initial planning to final delivery. Anne's technical proficiency, particularly in HVAC and BMS, allows her to provide tailored solutions that optimize efficiency.
In addition to her technical capabilities, Anne worked in procurement, tendering, contract management, and grant writing. Her strong understanding of sustainability and her ability to manage projects with an IT focus, including proficiency in Excel and administering networks, make her a real team player for your projects.
Anne's personal attributes, such as her people-focused approach, team player mentality, and fast learning abilities, contribute to her effectiveness in project leadership and organisation. Fluent in French, Spanish, and English, with Te Reo (TBA), Anne's multicultural background enables effective communication and understanding in diverse settings.
Anne's qualifications and accreditations include a CMVP certification (Certification on Measurement and Verification Professional) and a Master's Degree in Engineer HVAC and Energy Efficiency. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics and a Diploma in Philosophy.
In her previous roles, Anne has demonstrated remarkable achievements. For instance, she successfully managed the planning and design phase of the Colville Project, a community-led development initiative. Her expertise in procurement, contract management, and stakeholder engagement ensured the project's timely progression and coordination of funding applications. Anne's work with Colville Junction showcased her ability to implement changes and improve digital tools for more efficient operations.
Furthermore, Anne's experience as an EU Environmental Engineer and Project Manager for the European Parliament exemplifies her commitment to sustainable building practices. She led the rebuilding of the European Parliament Henri Spaak building, emphasizing environmental aspects such as regenerative design, circular economy practices, and energy efficiency.
In her community and volunteer roles, such as serving on the Colville School Board of Trustees and contributing to various local organisations, Anne demonstrates her passion for making a positive impact and working collaboratively for success.

A small team of vibrant women who will help your business figure out your 'market', enable project timelines, champion PR campaigns, and get 'it' done with a sense of humour and providing awesome outcomes/data/images and content.
As part of our small but dynamic team of talented women, Katie plays a crucial role in helping businesses navigate their target markets, establish project timelines, champion PR campaigns, and ensure successful project completion. Her dedication to staying on budget, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a sense of humor throughout the process ensures a positive and productive experience for our clients.
